TrackElf is an inventory age tracking and management platform designed for vape retailers, wholesalers, and related businesses. The Service includes batch tracking, colour-coded age timelines, expiry reminders, reporting, and cloud sync features.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free plan: Available at no charge, with limited features (local storage, single device, single store).
Pro plan: £19.90 per month, or £199 per year. Includes cloud sync, multi-device access, advanced reports, barcode scanning, and email alerts.
Business plan: £199.90 per month, or £1,999 per year. Includes everything in Pro plus unlimited stores, multi-user teams, Vape Insight reports, and priority support.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are in GBP and may be changed with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("User Data"). You grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Data. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data entry.
Free plan data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser cache clearing, device loss, or other factors outside our control.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding User Data), is the property of TrackElf and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any reports, analytics, or suggestions generated by the Service. You are solely responsible for your inventory management decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackElf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service or if we determine that your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain data for legal purposes.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
