TrackElf was born from a simple problem: vape shop owners were throwing away hundreds of pounds in expired stock every year, and nobody was building a tool to stop it.
The first version was a basic spreadsheet with conditional formatting. It worked, but it was clunky. So we built a proper tool — fast to log, instant to see, and accessible on any phone.
Today TrackElf serves independent shops, convenience stores, online sellers and wholesalers across the UK. The mission hasn’t changed: stop vape businesses from losing money to expired stock.
TrackElf begins as a conditional-formatting spreadsheet used by a handful of independent vape shops in Manchester.
The first web version launches. Batch tracking, colour-coded timeline and local reminders — all free, all on-device.
Pro launches with real-time cloud sync, advanced reports, barcode scanning and email alerts. Multi-device support arrives.
TrackElf expands beyond the tool: compliance guides, brand directories, wholesaler listings and market analysis — all in one place.
Business launches with unlimited locations, multi-user teams, custom branding and priority support. US market expansion begins.
Every feature we build has one question: does it help vape businesses keep more of their revenue? If not, we don’t build it.
We don’t do vanity metrics. Our reports show dead stock, turnover and ageing — the numbers that actually change what you order and what you discount.
We work with shop owners, wholesalers and compliance experts to make sure TrackElf solves real problems, not imagined ones.
