TPD packaging rules require all e-liquid bottles to have child-proof closures, tamper-evident seals, and warning labels stating 'This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance.' The label must also list the manufacturer name and address, nicotine concentration, volume, and batch number.
E-liquids above 10ml (shortfills) must display additional health warnings and ingredients. All products must be notified to the MHRA with complete label artwork and ingredient lists before sale.
If you import or private-label products, ensure your supplier provides full TPD-compliant packaging documentation. TrackElf's compliance section links directly to the latest MHRA notification guidance.
